Full Moon in Cancer on Monday January 13^th at 2:26 PM PT

Leading up to this full moon we’ve had some big things happening up in the cosmos. On Monday the 7^th Mars moved back into Cancer on his retrograde travels, and he’ll be there until April after stationing direct on February 23^rd. As I’m sure I have mentioned before, Mars doesn’t love being in Cancer. Most western astrology thinks of Mars in Cancer as wimpy or like a pussy cat but as a person with Mars in Cancer in my natal chart, I agree with astrologer Rick Levine’s take on this placement. Mars in Cancer is not a kitten but a full-grown Lioness and although we will not seek out war or the conquering of others, which is a common quality most people associate with Mars, we will defend and fight for those we care for like they are our own children.
